I ordered a bag from meliebianco.com, and like i said, the smell hit me as soon as I opened the box. It was way stronger than I expected.

It had this plastic, chemical kind of smell that just would not go away. I left it out for a few days hoping it would air out, but like i said, it still smelled bad and even started making my closet smell too.
The bag looked cute enough and the style was fine, but the smell completely ruined it for me. Disappointing overall, and I don’t think I’d order from them again

I really wanted to love this bag because it looks super cute on the outside, but the inside layout is kind of a pain. My phone, keys, and wallet always end up getting stuck in weird spots, and its hard to just grab what I need. It looks nice, but the compartments dont feel very well thought out.

I ordered a bag from Melie Bianco, and the size was RIGHT about what I expected based on the photos and measurements. It fits my wallet, keys, phone, and a few little extras without feeling stuffed.
The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because I thought the strap would be just a tiny bit longer. Not a huge deal though — I still really like it and I’m happy with the purchase.

I ordered a bag and the delivery date just kept getting pushed back. The tracking barely updated, so I had to keep checking on it myself, which got really frustrating. It felt like I was being ignored the whole time. If you need something by a specific date, I wouldn’t risk it. I probably wouldn’t order again because of this.

I tried using the site, but the pages kept lagging and it got confusing at checkout. After about ten minutes of messing with it, I just gave up

I ordered the taupe bag because it looked like a warm neutral in the photos, but when mine arrived, it had more of a grey/green tone to it. It just didn’t match what I thought I was getting. The return process ended up being a hassle too, which made the whole experience more frustrating. I don’t think I’d order from here again.

Pretty frustrating, honestly. I ordered a bag because the site showed it was available, and then later I got an email saying it was actually out of stock. Like, if it’s not available, don’t let me buy it... I just wish the inventory updated before taking orders. Now I’ve wasted time and have to go find it somewhere else, so yeah..

I actually really like this bag. It feels sturdy, looks just like the photos, and overall it has that “okay, this was a good buy” kind of feel. The only thing I keep noticing is the weight. I thought it would be a little lighter for everyday use, and when I’m carrying it around all day, I’m like, hmm, yep, definitely feeling that. It’s not a dealbreaker or anything, just something to be aware of. Still happy with it overall.

The bag itself was fine and I do like it, but the way it arrived was kind of not good. It came in this thin box that was crushed, so I was worried before I even opened it. Luckily the bag wasn’t damaged, but for what it cost, I thought the packaging would be better than that. Just not the best first impression for me...

The bag is really cute and looks nice in person, but the zipper is frustrating. It keeps catching, and it just feels kind of cheap. After about a week, it started sticking even more, which got annoying fast. For the price, I just expected a better zipper.

I emailed twice about my order and never heard back, which was frustrating. I get that things can get busy, but a quick update or even a basic acknowledgment would’ve been fair.

I liked the bag at first, but the price was just... I don’t know, too much for me. I ended up seeing really similar ones on other sites for less, so I couldn’t really justify buying it here.

I’ve been using it for a bit and the hardware still feels solid. The zippers look good too!!

I was disappointed with this. The vegan leather feels really plasticky and stiff, not soft or premium at all. I also reached out hoping someone would follow up, but I never heard anything back, which made the whole experience even more frustrating.

Pretty disappointed, honestly. I ordered this from Melie Bianco hoping it would be an easy everyday bag, but it just doesn’t hold enough for what I normally carry.
It looks really cute, so I’ll give it that, but once I put in my phone, keys, small wallet, and lip balm, it already feels packed. The inside space is limited and the pockets don’t really make it any more practical, so I can’t see myself using it much unless I’m carrying almost nothing.

I’m just tired of dealing with stuff like this. The checkout kept freezing on me, and it took way longer than it should have just to place my order. By the end, I was annoyed and just wanted it to be over.

The styles just looked kind of cheap to me and weren’t my vibe at all. I feel stupid for trusting them and expecting something better based on how they presented it...

I like that it’s going for a vegan concept, but I’m not totally clear on the ethics behind it. Anyway... I’m not fully convinced yet.

I really loved how this bag looked when I got it, but the strap just isn’t comfortable for me. After about 30 minutes, it started digging into my shoulder and felt stiff. I tried messing with the adjustment, but it didn’t make much of a difference. I had a feeling it might bother me, and I probably should’ve trusted my instinct. For the price, I expected it to be easier to wear. It’s not awful, but I don’t find myself reaching for it anymore.

I tried to exchange my bag and, for some reason, the whole process was way more annoying than it needed to be. Replies were slow, the steps weren’t clear, and I still had to keep following up on my own. i don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again
